We are looking for another sharemate to join us. Someone who is especially used to share living and likes a quiet lifestyle.

The room is very pleasant, sunny and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, comfortable easy chair etc A key to the door.

We have a good sized clean kitchen and 2 bathrooms and a lounge and laundry for your use. We are a well organised share house with a cleaning roster for each sharer to clean the common areas every 5 weeks.

Bond is 2 weeks rent ($560), free wi-fi, the cost of utilities is included (electricity, gas and water). but we charge for excess and heater use in winter. References are required. And the shortest stay is 5 months.

You will be sharing with 3 females and 1 male. All very pleasant and helpful but busy so not a lot of socialising.
