I have a fully furnished room for rent in my 4 bedroom Parkwood home situated close to the University Hospital and Griffith University. The area is popular with university students and medical staff working at the hospital. Takes approx 10 minutes to walk to the tram station from here.

Supermarkets: Closest is Woolworths (Smith’s Collective). Crestwood Shopping centre and Aldi not too far away. Harbourtown approx 10 minutes away.

Parkwood Tavern; medical centre and other shops handy to the area plus a service station.

My home is not a party place, its in a quiet residential area. If you are a messy person, please do not enquire as this house is always clean and tidy and you will be expected to clean up after yourself and leave the kitchen so others can use it.

It has everything you would need, all pots/pans/cutlery/etc etc, just move in with your suitcase.

Share of utilities when bills come in by other people living here such as water, electricity and gas.

Good quality internet is provided free of charge.

Two weeks rent required in advance plus two weeks bond.
