I’m a Personal Trainer available 7 days a week in the Noble Park area. I can offer 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions for you or Group training sessions for 2 or more people at the Noble Park Skate Park Fitness and Training area. (Memorial Drive, Noble Park).

Your training will include the use of the local park equipment and your own bodyweight for resistance training exercises. Strength Development, muscle toning, 💪 weight loss, cardio training and stretching exercises can all form part of your personal training plan. Each training session goes for approximately 30-40 minutes.

I can also offer weight loss and nutrition advice for you as well as part of the service at no extra cost.
