Menulog Employed Food Courier – $900 New Starter Bonus

Are you confident riding a bicycle or ebike and navigating the streets of the Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs North, Lower North Shore, Parramatta, Chatswood, Inner West or Northern Beaches? The secret to our success is great people. From analytical gurus to marketing maestros, sales specialists and now – our first employed couriers! We’re looking for skilled delivery couriers to be part of the first ever pilot of employed couriers working for an Australian delivery service in the Sydney CBD.

In this role, we’re counting on you to:

• Be available to make deliveries in any of the following zones: Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs North, Lower North Shore, Parramatta, Chatswood, Inner West, Northern Beaches, as a part-time employee between Monday – Sunday each week
• Pick up orders from restaurants on the Menulog platform that have been assigned to you via the Menulog Employee Courier App
• Deliver orders to customers as assigned to you via the app as per the information and instructions provided
• Communicate with live operations for all issues that occur during the scheduled working times

Menulog is looking for multiple part-time employees to fill this role.

Can you deliver…

Ready to take on this great opportunity? Here is what we need from you:

• As an ambassador of Menulog, you must exhibit fantastic customer service skills
• Previous experience and confidence in riding an ebike
• Knowledge of the NSW road rules as a bicycle rider
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have the right to work in Australia
• Must have access to a roadworthy e-bike as defined in the NSW Vehicle Standards and that meets maintenance standards of the NSW State Government
• Must have an Android (at least 4.2) or iPhone (at least 4S) with a data plan

This position is not a contracted courier role, this role is to be directly employed by Menulog where you will receive the following benefits.
