Permanent Maintenance Electrician Position on Afternoon Shift

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and working alongside the Site Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the day-to-day running of equipment and facility. Your duties will include maintaining mechanical & electrical equipment in a safe and useable condition to ensure that the workplace is safe for all staff, participating in the maintenance procedures relating to the plant, equipment, and facility. You will also be directly responsible for the day to day mechanical and electrical serviceability of the production line and undertake maintenance works for other areas of the plant as required.

This role will see you working on a permanent afternoon shift, which runs from 2pm – 10:30pmWhat you’ll need to succeed

• A grade electrical license
• Experience working as a maintenance electrician
• Understanding of electrical fault finding and repair.
• A thorough understanding of the principals of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems (Desirable)
• Professional work practices and a strong work ethic.
• A Positive and constructive attitude.
