We have a renovated, clean and private bedroom fully furnished with its own kitchen, in a large home near the Spot in South Randwick. The home is close to Coogee beach, restaurants, coffee shops and easy transport around Sydney. The home is also quiet and harmonious, ideal for relaxing or for undisturbed studying.

The room has its own personal fully-equipped kitchen and you would also have use of a shared modern kitchen (ready for gourmet cooking) with dish washer, microwave, filtered water and a separate fully equipped laundry. All linen is provided and the floors are timber – perfect for reducing dust.

The home has a security system and the area is quiet but convenient with plenty of parking directly outside. All common areas of the house and gardens are cleaned and maintained weekly by professional cleaners and gardeners.

All bills are included and there is reliable high-speed and unlimited internet. There is a modern bathroom (with a full bath) to share with 2-3 others.

There are also front and a back yards, both with gardens and outdoor entertainment furniture for your enjoyment. Pets are welcomed to join our happy pet family and the home is ideally suited to pets with secure fencing.

The home is walking distance to the Prince of Wales Hospital and the University of NSW. It is also a few minutes’ walk to the Spot shopping and entertainment precinct, with the Ritz Cinema (the cheapest in Sydney!!) and a huge choice of cafes and restaurants.

The room would be perfect for anyone wanting to be near the hospital, the university and the beach, with everything conveniently close by – approx. 5 minute walk to Prince of Wales Hospital and UNSW, 5 minute walk for supermarkets, buses to the City near the house (25 min), Central (20 min), Bondi Junction (15 min), Coogee Beach (10 min), Maroubra Junction and Maroubra Beach (15 min); and Eastgardens – a Westfield Shopping complex (15 min).

$425 per week for a single person, negotiable for more than 1, with three weeks’ deposit and two weeks’ rent payable in advance.
