Kids Cubby and swing set

Cedar summit cubby House. Bought from Costco less than 5 years ago. These retail at over $2200. All it needs is a fresh coat of varnish. The set comprises of two swings and a monkey hanger on one side and the high set cubby with twirly and straight slide, and mini climbing wall on the other. There is slight sun damage to the a coupling bracket on the swirly slide, but is in decent condition. Im happy to dismantle, but i believe it would be beneficial for the buyer to do it to put it back together efficiently. Collection only.
