At Tenerife Havoodles and Poodles we have welcomed our first litter of 1st Generation Havoodles.
Stella, a pure bred Havanese, and Teddy, a pure bred Toy poodle are the proud parents of 8 gorgeous puppies. 5 girls and 3 boys. The babies were born on the 26/06/2024 and will be ready for their forever homes now.
We have a beautiful black and white girl still available. We call her “Darla”. This little girl is very outgoing, and adventurous, but very sensitive and loving. Darla is black with a white chest and 2 white socks.
We also have the boys available still.
“Bruce” is the largest of the boys, he is black with a white chest and white socks. Bruce loves playing, but loves cuddles just as much, he melts in your arms when you hold him.
“Ed” is a caramel colour. Ed is very gentle and has definitely come out of his shell since some of his sisters have found their forever homes
“Squirt” is a caramel colour. Squirt is the runt of the litter, we supplemented his feeds up to the 4 week mark, he found it hard to compete with his siblings for milk. He is a tiny boy with lots of character and spunk.

The Havanese, a bichon-type dog, is the national dog of Cuba, developed from the now extinct Blanquito de la Habana. Havanese are affectionate and happy dogs. They are active and enjoy learning new tricks and playing games with their owners. They are very intelligent little dogs.
The poodle, also called the Caniche in French, is a breed of water dog. They are a very affectionate family companion with a rich heritage. Poodles were originally bred for hunting, they are regarded as one of the most intelligent breeds in the world.
One of the most notable features of the Havoodle, also known as the Havapoo or Havanoodle is their hypoallergenic coat, making them a suitable choice for families with allergies. Known for the friendly and sociable personality, Havoodles are highly affectionate companions. They are also known for forming strong bonds with their owners, sometimes referred to as a “velcro” dog. Havanese poodle mixes are intelligent, quick learners and respond well to training.
Our puppies are raised in our home with our family members and showered with love, attention and care. Our puppies interact with our other poodle and labrador, also our cats. They have different play areas so they are exposed to different environments.
Our dogs and pups are fed high quality food and enjoy professional grooming. Stella has received pre and post natal scans from our vet and the pups have had health checks at regular intervals. Mum and Dad are 100% DNA clear.

All of the pups will be wormed regularly, and will be microchipped and will have had their first vaccination. We have started toilet training, so will be well on the way to been fully trained when they go to their new homes.
