English Tutor

Hello, I’m Yumiko, originally from Japan.

At the moment, I’m looking for an English tutor/teacher for my students. A new tutor will need to correct some mistakes with students’ spoken English including their pronunciation and grammar, and suggest natural vocabulary in order to prepare for their exams, which is usually International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

If you don’t know IELTS, I’ll simply tell overall what it is and what you should know prior to providing classes as correcting, suggesting/advising and encouraging them leading up to their exams are main tasks for us, tutors as always; so communication skills are essential.

In terms of equipment, a new tutor will need to own a PC to teach/ instruct the language to them from home and may use Zoom or Skype.

The hourly rate is $15-25 though it depends on experience/ job history of candidates.
