electric boat winch

Bought this boat winch 7 months ago to put on my boat. was working fine when I bought it second hand. Dragged it out this week to put on my trailer for the boat and it doesn’t work. Just clicks so I assume the relay is gone or sticky. Could not pull casing apart to inspect …one of the screws is damaged. Have purchased another one. Sorry the cables do not come with it as I have repurposed them for another project.
