Cubby house

Cubby 240cm long by 186cm wide by 176 cm high in the centre. Skylight, corrugated tin roof. Windows open as shown. Yellow tongue floor as used in house construction. Modular construction. 4 sides come apart and roof comes apart into 2 sections. There is a secondary base below the main base used as a levelling platform and to keep the main base dry and off the ground. Main door has gas strut to automatically close slowly. Hardwood pickets on front.
