Prefer someone aged approx 25 – 40yo and hopefully long term. I’ve recently signed a new 12mth lease, so it’s stable for long term.
House is chilled, peaceful and shared with 2 full time working/studying friendly male housemates. This is not a party house, but we enjoy a beer and eat meat.
