2 rooms available for rent

2 year old house, double wardrobe with mirror in all rooms, ducted evaporative air con in all rooms, main bathroom also has a bath, separate toilet, there is a garage space available for a more secure parking spot and other spot is either in the driveway or on the grass. 18 minutes from Hiliary’s boat harbour, Kingsway Shopping Centre is 5ish minutes way and a Farmers Jack 2 minutes away. Netflix connected into the tv, happy to share subscription. Not a party house, looking for people that are relaxed and clean up after themselves. I’ve got solar panels so the electricity isn’t much during summer, just installed a gas heater in the main living area so will be cheap to run in winter. Have a veggie garden out the back so people are welcome to plant if you like. Washing machine in house that everyone is able to use. Internet and water are included in the rent. First person in the house will get the secure car park in the garage. I would prefer 1 person to rent the two rooms for $285 per week then you will have your own bathroom. My previous tenant rented both rooms and set one up as their study / tv room. One bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, bed side table and small set of draws ($185) . The other room is empty ($175). Prices include water, internet and rent. Gas and electricity are billed separately.
