We are renting out our 4×1 fully furnished newly renovated house.
It comes with everything needed and has a huge backyard.
It was previously used as an Airbnb so it has been taken care of and is extremely clean.
The rent per week is $600 furnished or $500 unfurnished.
4x weeks rent for bond 2 weeks rent is a minimum criteria.
You also have to be full time employed.
Sorry no pets unless kept outside at all times.
